Paraguayos sind ein k\u00f6stlicher Geheimtipp aus Ostasien. Diese Pfirsichsorte mit ihrer fast glatten Haut ist besonders s\u00fc\u00df und saftig. Reich an Vitamin A und C, wird der flache Pfirsich auch als \u201eSaturn\u201c- oder \u201eDonut\u201c-Pfirsich vermarktet \u2013 doch es ist schlichtweg falsch, diese Frucht mit frittiertem Junkfood in Verbindung zu bringen! Dank neuer Sorten gedeiht der Baum nun auch in anspruchsvolleren Klimazonen und ist daher heute leichter erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/p>

Am besten schmecken die Pfirsiche, wenn sie am Baum reifen und bei Zimmertemperatur gelagert und verzehrt werden. Das wei\u00dfe Fruchtfleisch ist s\u00fc\u00df und hat eine feine Mandelnote. Der Kern l\u00e4sst sich leicht entfernen, sodass man die Pfirsiche einfach so essen kann.
